Redesign Consultation - $125 per room
During this consultation we will review the room that you are planning to redesign, visually "shop your home" for items that might possibly be used in the redesign process, and discuss color and rearrangement with you. We will also send you a follow-up summary detailing the suggestions we discussed during your consultation. The consultation fee will be waived should you choose to have Inviting Interiors perform the redesign work for you.
Simple Room Redesign - $250 per room
A Simple Room Redesign involves rearranging the furniture, artwork and accessories already there to give the room a Redesigned look and feel. With your permission we'll "shop your home" for additional items to complete the process. This service generally takes 3-4 hours.
Complex Room Redesign - $400 per room
Complex Room Redesign not only includes a furniture, artwork, and accessory rearrangement, it also includes minor repairs to wall surfaces, touchup or limited painting, "in home shopping", and possibly bringing in some new items to finish the space. Cost for materials, supplies and "Finishing Touches" purchases (if any) are in addition to the service fee. This service generally takes up to 8 hours.
Large Scale Redesign - quoted individually
Large Scale Redesign may be applied to multiple rooms or projects that may span several days, to re-furnishing a room from the floor up, or refinishing a room that includes painting or wallpapering multiple walls and surfaces. This service may also include managing larger home refinishing projects that are performed by construction or trade professionals.
Reorganization Consultation - $100 per room
During the consultation we will suggest ways to help you eliminate the clutter and efficiently reorganize the space. This consultation generally takes 1-2 hours. The consultation fee will be waived should you choose to have Inviting Interiors perform the reorganization work for you.
Reorganization Service - $50 per hour
We categorize and reorganize the items in your room and provide you with efficient storage for those items remaining in the space. We'll also give the room a fresh look and feel by painting, rearranging and/or accessorizing if called for. Cost of materials, supplies or "Finishing Touches" purchases (if any) are in addition to the service fee.
Reclaim Consultation - $100 per room
During this consultation we will offer you ideas on how you can take advantage of previously unused space. We'll suggest ways to maximize your floor and vertical space, and a design plan that the whole family can live with. The consultation fee will be waived should you choose to have Inviting Interiors implement the new plan for you.
Simple Reclaim Service - $50 per hour
Our Simple Reclaim Service is designed so that all you need to do is OK the plan from the consultation and we do all the work. A Simple Reclaim Service involves space redefinition and redesign as well as the use of pre-made shelving or storage racks when appropriate, and other one day tasks. Cost for materials, supplies and "Finishing Touches" purchases (if any) are in addition to the service fee. This service can generally take up to 8 hours.
Complex Reclaim Service - quoted individually
Complex Reclaim Service involves light construction and custom fitting, and a number of specialty tasks that can not be completed in a single day.
Finishing Touches Consultation - $100 per room
The Finishing Touches Consultation will include a "walk-through" of your home so that we may familiarize ourselves with your décor and gain a sense for your style. We will recommend ways to dress-up the room and fill empty walls and corners, highlight the focal points in the room, visually reduce the height of soaring walls by tying them to the space, or how to display joined collections or inherited items. We will also suggest purchasable pieces to complete the space.
Shopping For Our Clients - $75 for Finishing Touches
If you'd like us to do the Finishing Touches shopping for you, we charge a flat fee in conjunction with any of our other services. This fee is in addition to the cost of the items purchased. We also offer a Fine Art and authentic Antique Acquisitions service. This fee is quoted individually based on your needs.
Shopping With Our Clients - $85 per hour
We will accompany you while shopping for larger items for your home. We will assist you in choosing the right fabrics, size, color, style and textures to complement your décor.
Staging Consultation - $150
First impressions are critical to selling your home as quickly and as profitably as possible. This objective assessment of your homes interior and exterior spaces will provide you with a detailed checklist suggesting ways to showcase your home's natural characteristics and features, and how to present a clutter-free, appealing environment that creates a positive emotional response in potential buyers.
Staging Service - quoted individually
This is where we take the checklist from the Staging consultation and do the work for you freeing you up to devote your time to the other important matters concerning the sale of your home.
Assistant - $20 per hour (if needed)
When some extra muscle is needed to move heavy objects.
